To analyze IO-Link

The Diagnosis Tool from TEConcept is an IO-Link analyzer that examines the IO-Link signal both electrically and logically.

The recorded data is transferred via USB to the supplied 'Diagnosis Tool' PC software and analyzed. The PC software runs on Windows 7 and 10. IO-Link communication can be analyzed at byte level, at M-sequence level, at protocol level and at application level. In the latter case, the IO-Link communication is visible in plain text. Filter and search functions simplify the identification of errors. This enables visual monitoring in waveforms and eye diagrams for master and device signals.

As a rule, the TEConcept tool is inserted between the master and the device. However, an integrated master allows devices to be checked without an external master. All communication is stored directly on a PC or on the internal SD card.
