The figures for the Digital Factory Division read much
better than the overall figures for Siemens. Here, Siemens recorded an increase in orders and revenue in all business units. The growth rates for order intake and revenue are adjusted for currency and portfolio effects
(1); the margin in the gray box is adjusted for personnel restructuring. Excluding currency and portfolio effects, incoming orders rose by as much as 14% and sales by 10%.
