The safety sensors of the small control unit range from emergency stop buttons to intelligent, safe sensors such as light barriers. The safe outputs can be assigned independently of each other to the respective safe inputs and can safely switch actuators such as drives or contactors. In terms of safety requirements, the small control unit achieves Cat. 4/PL e in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL 3 in accordance with IEC 62061 and IEC 61508.
