For 18 years, Labbox has been supplying schools, universities, research institutes, public institutions and industrial companies in a large number of countries. From the very beginning, Labbox has stood for three promises that remain valid to this day: To offer laboratory supplies at fair prices, to guarantee fast delivery and to build respectful, close and trusting relationships with its customers.
The Spanish company has subsidiaries in France, Italy, the Netherlands and Germany and offers a catalog with more than 5800 items in the areas of laboratory materials, laboratory equipment and chemicals. The company has 14 own brands and counts on distribution partners in more than 50 countries, a team of over 70 employees, around 18,000 customers around the world and over 40,000 orders per year.
Customer satisfaction is Labbox's top priority, which is why good customer service is paramount. For example, fast delivery is guaranteed thanks to advanced inventory optimization and a large international network of distribution partners.
In 2021, Labbox opened a new headquarters near Barcelona, which has more than 5000m2 of total space. The new warehouse has increased storage capacity fivefold, allowing the company to increase efficiency and flexibility. The facilities have also been adapted for the storage of chemicals.
